The Copper Theory 60 Day Guarantee

At Copper Theory we stand behind our cream. Use it morning and night for 60 days. If you do not see a difference, or you are simply not happy for any reason, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

 

Returns

We have a 60 day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Because this is a satisfaction guarantee on a skincare product, an opened and used jar is fully eligible. 

To start a return, contact us at info@trycoppertheory.com with your order number.

If your request is approved we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back to us without first contacting us cannot be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the jar arrives damaged, if the seal is broken, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

If Your Skin Reacts

Stop using the product and contact us at info@trycoppertheory.com. A reaction is always covered by the guarantee, at any point, regardless of how much of the jar has been used.

As with any new skincare product, we recommend patch testing on a small area of skin before full use. Copper Theory is not intended for use on broken, damaged or actively inflamed skin.

Exceptions and Non Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The guarantee covers one jar per customer or household. Bulk orders and multi jar bundles are refundable on the unopened jars in full, and on one opened jar under the guarantee.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund on the item you have, and once approved, place a separate order for the new item.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once your request has been reviewed and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
